Property Management

The consistent provision of property management and client after-care services is integral to the Kanhiya Construction Platform. The Property Management team is responsible for the oversight of capital expenditures for asset improvement throughout the portfolio. This involves upgrades to  business and office park environments, including landscaping, infrastructure, and building management systems. 

Kanhiya Construction is linked to property management staff  to resolve any day-to-day issues of our tenants relating to their leased facilities and to ensure that all business properties are well maintained at all times and are operating smoothly.
